Shapes in Trees Study is a fresh contemporary take on landscape painting that explores subtle variations of color transparency and shape reflected as abstract forms. This 10 x12" acrylic on paper study is part of an ongoing series of daily observations of light reflections and atmosphere. Considering trees as teachers with a wealth of information to be learned from close observation and contemplation the "Breath of Trees" series is at the very beginning of an on going conversation that is likely to continue for a very long time.
